Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind is excited to present our 41st annual Dollars for Dogs Fundraising Walk. This public event is an opportunity for you and your pet dogs to come enjoy a fun morning while raising funds for Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind. Register today, collect pledges and then join us on a 4 KM walk on Sunday May 25th, 2025, at 10:30am in Andrew Haydon Park or in your own neighbourhood anywhere across Canada coast-to-coast-to-coast!
To register simply click the link below and create an online profile to raise funds for the event; an easy way for you to ask for donations from friends, family members, and colleagues. You can also get your entry form today by emailing events@guidedogs.ca or by phoning (613) 692-7777. If you are unable to collect pledges, you can choose to pay a registration fee of $30 instead.
Join us on Sunday May 25th in Nepean, all you need to do is bring your pledge sheets and donations. You can also send in your funds from a neighbourhood walk, or drop them off in person after May 25th, to Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind.
If you can attend the main event at Andrew Haydon Park in Nepean, you will be eligible for the following fundraising incentives:
- $100+ – a goodie bag, plus an exclusive Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind t-shirt, presented to the participant when delivering funds.
- $500+ – a goodie bag, a t-shirt, and a $50 retail gift card (gift card mailed a few weeks later)
- $1000+ – a goodie bag, a t-shirt, and a $100 retail gift card (gift card mailed a few weeks later)
Can’t attend in person and plan to a walk in your own neighbourhood instead? Don’t worry you will still be eligible to receive any of the gift card incentives! Gift cards will be mailed out following the event. Goodie bags and t-shirts cannot be shipped.
