Gale Bryant of Smiths Falls, Ontario was the lucky winner of a “Gift of Flight” in a recent raffle, hosted by Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind. The national charitable organization held the licensed raffle lottery, selling tickets for $20 each.
The draw occurred on December 30, 2016 and Gale Bryant picked up her prize on January 4, 2017; a “Gift of Flight”, which is a return ticket for two people to any WestJet destination, including all taxes and fees.
Pictured are Gale Bryant (left), receiving her prize from Jane Thornton (right), Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind C.O.O. The prize was an outright donation by WestJet to Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind, enabling the organization to receive 100% of the funds from the raffle.
